I am so proud of myself for spelling onomatopoeia right on the first try. Shows I actually got something out of high school.

I was a bad, bad girl on Saturday. I finally got the chance to visit Katie; we met up at the REAL mall (Yes. I have to drive an hour away to go to a REAL mall). Unfortunately, I spent almost $300. On the plus side, I got the Harry Potter book. But I so didn't pay attention in the last couple of books, so I'm going to re-read the entire series before I read that one. Which means...I won't actually finish that one for, like, a year. If anyone tells me how it ends, I will hunt them down and...well, I'll let your imagination guide you hear. Considering most of the people I associate myself with tend to be somewhat sick in the head, I know you'll do me proud. :D

So today was CRAZY at work. We filmed our commercial, so between 10 and 11 AM, everyone got in free. IWANTEDTOKILLTHECHILDREN. They were SO horrible. One girl tryied to GRAB the baby birds. I was all "FJNGKLASDJGSKL NO GO AWAI." But besides that. Ugh.

At lunch, I had the surprise of getting my BB merch! gjdskalgyjfaeklgtyjrwakljghjkfldsvjaeklfjgtwkrlajgm,klfavbngealgjhal and such.


I'm so fucking white sometimes, it really hurts.


So then. My mum got me two Korean books whilist at Vestal, so I'm a happy girl.

Now I have 4 more days of work before I get a day off.

BUT ON THE PLUS SIDE. Cercropia kittypitters came home today. I'll try to document them as much as I can :D

Right now they're tiny and black. About |===| <- that long, maybe smaller. They just hatched today, so they aren't even close to their first instar. Still cute. I can't wait until their monsters<3

Now for a work-related story. You guys really should read this~

I was in the conservatory watching the people and cleaning, doing what I do. There was this little boy who came with a rather large group; he was maybe 6 or 7? (I'm a really bad judge of age) After I showed him a couple things, a chameleon here, a turaco there, he comes up to me, grabs my hand, and says "C'mere, I have something to tell me." He drags me to the corner, and says, "I was just wondering if you could pray for me to get better?" He tells me that he had a stroke, and his hand isn't functioning correctly, and he really love the play baseball. He showed me his scar, too. I told him of course (Even though I'm an atheist...you know. You can't say no to that.), and he kept going around the place asking for people to pray for him. He even had us drag Ian from out front back in so he could ask him. When he left, he seemed very content that he got a lot of people to pray for him...

Keep this boy in your thoughts, huh? He was a real sweetheart. Whether you pray to a God, to nature, WHATEVER you do.  And remember.

My hubby got my CDs today, and I am overjoyed that she's so happy with it. Even though it's just a single (Very shinketty) little CD....but still. It's our little lovechild<3 ...Musical spawn.

Watched the live-action of Death Note today, because yes, I am one of the few jrock-listening, Japan-obsession weirdasses that actually CAN'T STAND anime. It was decent, though. And I would definitely hit Mr. L, there. Mmmyes.

Also bought all the new Big Bang goods that came out today because, yes, I am that much of a fanwhore for them. Thanks.
